At the bottom of the page there is an 8 minute Vlog I created on how adventures have helped me on my mental health journey. Adventures may or may not be helpful to you. They wont be everybody's cup of tea.

Overcome a video game addiction while I was in school.
Improved confidence and self esteem.
Helped my social phobia and anxiety.
Gave me a purpose.
Helped me appreciate the world around me a lot more and see the beauty in nature, especially while
photographing my adventures outdoors.
Created positive memories
Great for my physical health, and helped me cope with low moods and depression.
